"Primogiorno" is a sub-brand of Bestar lighting, which was established in 1995. The company entered into the LED Candle market in 2008 and has been engaged in manufacturing various LED Candle lights and living light. and the company also has an experienced research and development group for new products and processes as well as for the assembly and export for OEM production.

Bestar has two factories engaged in different products series – one is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang province, producing LED Candles with various designs; another is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu province, producing LED Candles and higher quality Candles. The company has a sales office in Wuxi City, Jiangsu province, near Shanghai to provide service of purchasing, exporting and inspection cargos. In 2010, the annual turnover reached USD $5 million.

The products that have been developed and manufactured consist of several series, including flameless candles, flameless candles with different functions, rechargeable LED tealights and rechargeable LED living lights. Bestar exported most of its products to markets such as Europe and North and South America.
