M2Cmart provides a One Year Warranty Service Plan that covers for all new products sold online from M2Cmart.com since 1st, Jan, 2011. All our products are covered by a one year warranty for return and repair / replacement.

Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than M2Cmart. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.

In essence this means that faulty products can be returned to M2Cmart, we will make the repairs or instant replacement and ship them back to you. If your product malfunctions, simply call our toll-free M2Cmart Customer Service Center to arrange fast, convenient service.
