Shipping to Your Workplace
For Items Purchased from M2Cmart.com. We offer standard shipping for most items: Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 4 to 7 business days

Shipping time: Oversize items will be shipped by a freight company. They will arrive approximately 7 to 14 business days after leaving the warehouse.
Shipping cost: Oversize items have a special shipping cost. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.
Delivery process: The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Certain items include delivery into your home, but for most freight deliveries, the item will be left at the curbside of your address. We recommend that you have at least one other person available to help you move your item to its final location.
It will be noted in the Shipping & Delivery section on the product details page if an item qualifies for this service.
Before you sign for the delivery, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during transit. It is normal for the package to show some wear. However, if there is visible damage to the package contents, refuse delivery of the order and contact contact us. Please have your order number available.
Delivery of oversize items is limited to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states. protectorates and territories.
You can keep multiple addresses in your account in case of shipping packages to your home, to work or to someone else in different situations. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, you can send it directly to the recipient.
During checkout, when you get to the Select Shipping Options page, click Change Address to add a new destination to your Address Book. Each time you check out, you can simply choose from your stored addresses.

1. Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you paid by credit card, and your credit card was approved, this email will confirm your order. Otherwise, it will notify you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on how to resubmit your payment. Once your order ships, your credit card will be charged, and a shipment confirmation email will be sent.
2. Shipment Email
You will receive an email to notify you when your order ships. This email will include an estimated arrival date. If the order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per package.
We only ship to 48 Continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally or to other U.S. Territories (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.).
Alaska and Hawaii are not included in delivery area at present. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We recommend using your workplace address as your shipping destination. There are a number of benefits:
Convenience: you won't need to be at home to accept a delivery, nor will you need to retrieve your package from the carrier's location
Privacy: helps keep gifts a secret
Security: packages won't be left unattended
Safety: packages won't be left out where they can be damaged by bad weather or outdoor pets
Time savings: receive packages directly and personally
Please check your office policy to see if personal deliveries are permitted, then consider shipping your next order to your workplace address.
