1. Go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page) and sign in.
2. Click "Change Password."
3. Type in a new password in the box and then reconfirm.
4. Click "Save."
Note: Passwords are recommended to be six to 11 characters.

If you need to update the expiration date or billing address for an existing credit card, add a new card or delete one:
1. Go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page) and sign in.
2. Click "Billing Address & Credit Card."
3. Click "Add a New Card" to enter information for a new credit card, or click "Edit" to change information on an existing card.
4. You can delete a card by clicking "Delete" next to the card.

If your order has been shipped,click the "Order Status" link at the top right of most M2Cmart.com pages.
Please Note: Only orders that have been received by a shippingcarrier can be tracked. However, not all orders will be given a tracking statusby the shipping carrier. Tracking is not applied to orders that have a"Processing" status.
To attempt to cancel your unpaid order:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Find the order on the main page of your account.
3. Click the order number to see the order details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see a Cancel button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order.
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Pay Now on the"Confirm and Submit" page. Once your payment has been made, it is not possible for you to cancel order online.
If you change your mind about the order and it is too late tocancel, you can:
Contact the M2Cmart Customer Service Center
To cancel an order after payment, you will have to contact the M2Cmart Customer Service Center and cancel your order with the help of a customer representative. In this case, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Return in accordance with the M2Cmart Return Policy
If you are denied cancellation of an order, you can choose to return the item according to the M2Cmart Return Policy. In this case, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Your Order History allows you to review your current and past orders and get updates on your order status. To view your Order History:
1. Go to “My Account” and sign in.
2. Click the "Order History" link on the left side of the screen.
3. View the details of each order by clicking "Order Number."
If you couldn't remember your password, we'll e-mail it to you shortly after you follow these easy steps:
1. Go to "My Account" (located at the top of eac hpage) or click “Sign In.”
2. Click "Forgot Your Password?" under "Sign In."
3. Enter your registered e-mail address and authentication code for verification.
4. Click the "Submit" button.
5. Check your inbox and reset your password according to the instructions provided in the automatically generated e-mail
