1. When will I receive my items after I place an order?

For Items Purchased from M2Cmart.com, We offer three shipping methods for most items:

Standard Shipping (4 to 7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
Day Shipping (1 business day)

Some items can also be shipped using:

Freight (3 to 8 business days) - Available only for oversize or heavy items

Please note:
M2Cmart provides Standard Shipping for free.
Shipping times do not include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1 business days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.

2. How do I calculate shipping cost?

n your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States.

Please Note: You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

3. Why is the shipping cost on some items so high?

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

4. How do I change my shipping address?

You can keep multiple addresses in your account in case of shipping packages to your home, to work or to someone else in different situations. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, you can send it directly to the recipient.

During checkout, when you get to the Select Shipping Options page, click Change Address to add a new destination to your Address Book. Each time you check out, you can simply choose from your stored addresses.

5. How can I tell if my items have been shipped or not?

You will receive an email to notify you when your order ships. This email will include an estimated arrival date. If the order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per package.
