1. How long will it take for me to receive a credit once I return an item for refund?

Refund processing time may vary depending on the item and reason for the return but generally you will receive the refund within 7 to 10 business days once the returned item is received and met all following criteria:
1. Return with RMA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package.
2. Return with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, and packaging.
3. Commodity number along with retail package.
4. No physical damage caused by customer.

2. How do I report a damaged or defective product?

Please contact M2Cmart Customer Service Center as soon as possible upon discovering any damage or defect with an item ordered online. All damages should be reported within 10 days of delivery.

3. Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to M2Cmart?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. M2Cmart will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. M2Cmart must receive the returned items within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned item.

4. How do I acquire a RMA#?

Click here to request an Online RMA. We ask that all RMAs be requested online for maximum efficiency.

5. Is it necessary to return each individual accessory when I send in a return? What should I include with my return package?

Yes. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging and a copy of the packing slip must be returned with your item in order for M2Cmart to process your return request. M2Cmart cannot process returns that are incomplete; incomplete returns will be returned to you. Please return all accessories with your return package.

6. May I exchange my RMA'd item for a different product?

No. Unfortunately, we do not exchange RMA items for different items. We will only replace an RMA'd item with an identical replacement item of the same make and model.

7. Approximately how long will it be before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?

It takes us approximately 5 business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank's policies for making the funds available to you.

8. Can my credit be applied to a different credit card other than the one that was used at the time of purchase?

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

9. Are original and return shipping charges refundable?

M2Cmart will not reimburse original shipping charges or return shipping charges for items that are returned due to purchaser regret. We will, however refund these charges in cases where the return is a result of a shipping error or if the item arrives damaged or defective..

10. What if I apply the incorrect return code?

We will inspect all packages upon receipt at our warehouse. In the case of defective merchandise, if it is found to be in good working order the return code will be updated and shipping charges will be applied accordingly.

11. When and why are restocking fees applied? How much is deducted when a return is subject to a restocking fee?

There is a restocking fee of 15% on opened box item for refund. We charge this 15% restocking fee for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. We offer Replacement without any restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective product.

12. I received an email indicating that the item I RMA'd is no longer available or is backordered. What happens now?

If an RMA item is found to be on backorder and we cannot obtain the item, you will be notified by email and offered a similar replacement or a refund. We try to contact every customer in this case to find an agreeable replacement item or refund amount.

13. Where can I drop off a return with a UPS return label?

Packages can be dropped off at UPS locations including drop boxes, The UPS Store, Mail Boxes etc. or can even be given directly to a UPS driver. For a listing of UPS locations in your area, please visit UPS.com.

14. How to return oversize items?

We are happy to accept returns for oversize items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. If you need to return oversize item(s), please visit our online Returns Center and request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item.

If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. Return shipping fees typically range from $100 to $695, but may be more for larger items.

Upon our inspection of returned merchandise, M2Cmart reserves the right to deduct the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees from your refund if the items not in their original, new, unopened condition.

To ensure that your oversize item return is processed correctly, please follow these packing instructions:
1. Box the item securely.
2. Include the copy of packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
3. Tape the box closed.
4. Follow the return instructions given to you by the customer service associate.
